How can we help? 👋

Does eSIM Copilot use AI?

Yes — eSIM Copilot uses AI to help end users get quick, smart answers without needing to call support or search through help articles.

We primarily use OpenAI’s GPT-4 and Meta’s Llama models, running on high-speed platforms like Groq and Cerebras Systems, alongside standard OpenAI infrastructure. We also support AWS Bedrock for flexible, enterprise-grade deployment.

And don’t worry — we never include any personally identifiable information (PII) in our AI workflows. Privacy comes first.

💬 What can end users ask the AI?

The Copilot is like a helpful assistant built right into your plan. Users can ask things like:

  • “How much data do I have left?”
  • “Does my phone support eSIM?”
  • “Can I use this plan in Italy?”
  • “Why isn’t my plan working?”
  • “How do I install my eSIM?”
  • “What’s the difference between local and roaming plans?”

It’s designed to make mobile feel less technical — and a lot more user-friendly.

🔍 Where can I find the AI?

If you're using TeamsSlack, or WhatsApp to chat with eSIM Copilot, you're already talking to the AI — no special commands needed.

You’ll also find the AI inside the eSIM Copilot portal. Just click the magnifying glass 🔍 at the top of the page and ask a question — the Copilot will handle the rest.

How about Admins?

Admins still manage everything through the eSIM Copilot Admin portal and API, but for users? The AI Copilot AI is always there to lend a hand.
