✅ How do Approvals work?
In the Admin Console, you can fine-tune how your team buys and uses eSIMs by setting approval rules and feature toggles for your organisation.
Head to:
Account Settings → Approval Rules
These settings apply to all users in your account, but can vary by sub-account if your organisation has different rules per country or department.
Key Approval Settings
Show Pricing
Toggle pricing visibility for employees across all channels (portal, Teams, Slack, etc.).
Turn this off to hide prices from end users - this would be a typical setup.
✅ Approval Required
Enable or disable purchase approval for eSIM plans.
When enabled, approvals are triggered based on the two limits below.

Plan Price Limit
If a single plan order exceeds this amount, it will require approval.
Monthly Spend Limit (per user)
If a user’s total spend for the calendar month goes above this value, further orders will require approval.
Recommended setup:
Enable approvals with:
- Plan Price Limit set to £20
- Monthly Spend Limit set to £50
This strikes a good balance — allowing flexibility while avoiding unexpected costs.
Other Controls
Allow Discounts
Lets users apply discount codes (if available) when ordering.
Allow Auto Renew
Lets users choose to automatically renew a plan when it ends (based on time, not data usage).
Allow Scheduled Plans
Allows users to pick a future start date when ordering a plan — great for business travel.
Allow WhatsApp
Enables users to enter their mobile number and receive their eSIM details via WhatsApp.
Enable Device Management
Allows users to enter an EID when ordering, so plans can be linked to specific devices — ideal for corporate fleets.
Once you're happy with your settings, click Save to apply them to your account.
