How can we help? 👋

How to add users automatically to an eSIM Copilot account in Teams?

What is Single Sign On for Teams?

Single Sign On for Teams lets you automatically onboard users from your Microsoft 365 tenant into your eSIM Copilot account — no invites or manual setup needed.

When you create your company account for the first time we capture your Azure Tenant ID (which is typically tied to your company domains, like @company.com).

If you enable Single Sign On in the eSIM Copilot Admin Console, anyone in your Microsoft Azure tenant who accesses eSIM Copilot (e.g. via Teams) will:

  • Be automatically added to your company’s eSIM Copilot account
  • Be assigned a Member role by default

It’s a simple way to ensure the right users are onboarded to the right account — without you needing to lift a finger.

How to enable it

  1. Go to Account Settings → Security
  1. Toggle Enable Single Sign On to ON
  1. Your Microsoft Azure Tenant ID will be auto-filled from your Teams signup

That’s it — you’re set.

✅ Best practice: We recommend enabling this to streamline onboarding and avoid duplicate accounts for your users.
