User Roles in eSIM Copilot
There are three user roles in the eSIM Copilot Admin Console:
🛠 Admin
- Full access to the account, can create sub-accounts
- Can manage users, plans, billing, devices, and settings
- Will receive approval requests if no approvers are set
- A business can have different admin users, across sub-accounts
👤 Member
- Standard user (typically employees)
- Can order and manage their own eSIMs
- Can’t see or manage other users
✅ Approver
- Receives approval requests when a user places an order that needs approval
- Can approve or reject orders directly in Teams, Slack, or the portal
- Any approver can approve the request — once approved, it’s updated for everyone
