The eSIM Copilot Admin Portal is your central dashboard for managing everything related to your organisation’s eSIMs and mobile plans.

You can access it at account.esimcopilot.com, or via the special partner link in your welcome email.

We recommend logging in with your work email using “Login with Microsoft” or “Login with Google” — it’s quick, secure, and unlocks the right features for your role.

👤 Who is it for?

The portal is primarily designed for admins — so if you're managing users, approving spend, or rolling out eSIMs across a team, this is where you do it.

However, non-admin users can also log in to view and manage their own eSIMs and order new plans for themselves.

They won’t see team-wide data, devices, or billing settings — just their own account.

📋 What can admins do?

As an admin, you’ve got full control over your organisation’s eSIM setup. You can:

  • 🔌 Order, assign, and manage eSIMs — for yourself or any user
  • 📱 Manage devices — link them to users or track usage
  • 🛒 Control which plans are available for your team to order
