Can I upgrade my current mobile plan?

You don’t need to! With eSIM Copilot, there’s no upgrade process — just order another plan whenever you need more data.

You can even have multiple plans active at the same time on one eSIM — ideal for topping up, covering more countries, or keeping a backup ready.

✨ Want it to renew automatically?

When you order your next plan, you can choose to enable auto-renew. That way, it’ll refresh on its own when it expires — no action needed.

🏠 Using a domestic line?

If you’re using a domestic-only plan (e.g. UK, France), and want to upgrade to something longer-term or with more data, just email us at help@esimcopilot.com — we’ll see what we can do.

  • We’ll send you updates when you reach 50%80%, and 100% of your data allowance
  • You can also check your live data balance anytime in the eSIM Copilot portal (under My eSIMs) or ask in the eSIM Copilot chat
