❌ How do I cancel my active plan?
🗓 Cancelling a future plan
If your plan hasn’t started yet, you can cancel it anytime:
- Go to My eSIMs in the eSIM Copilot portal (or choose My eSIMs from the tab in Teams)
- Find the plan on your eSIM
- Click Cancel
You won’t be charged, and the plan will be removed from your account.
🔥 Cancelling an active plan
If your plan is already active, it can’t be cancelled, but it will naturally expire when the end date is reached.
🛑 Terminating an eSIM completely
If you want to stop everything immediately, you can choose to terminate the entire eSIM. You might want to do this if you’ve lost your phone, or an employee has lost their phone.
- Go to My eSIMs in the portal or in Teams
- Select the eSIM you’re interested in
- Click Terminate on the eSIM
⚠️ Terminating an eSIM will:
- End all active and future plans on that eSIM
- Deactivate the eSIM profile so it no longer works on the network
- Cannot be reversed — you’ll need a new eSIM if you want to use Copilot again on that device
