How can we help? 👋

How do I delete my eSIM on Android?

You can delete your eSIM — but in most cases, you don’t need to.

With eSIM Copilot, your eSIM profile is reusable. That means you can use the same eSIM for multiple plans — no need to delete it after each trip or data pack.

Instead, it’s often better to just disable the eSIM when you’re not using it. That way, it’s ready and waiting for the next plan.

🔕 How to disable your eSIM (instead of deleting it)

  1. Open Settings
  1. Tap Network & Internet (or Connections)
  1. Tap SIMs or SIM Manager
  1. Select your eSIM Copilot line
  1. Toggle Use SIM to OFF

Your eSIM will stay installed, but won’t be active — perfect if you’re saving it for your next trip or data top-up.

🗑️ Still want to delete it?

Here’s how:

  1. Open Settings → Network & Internet (or Connections)
  1. Tap SIMs or SIM Manager
  1. Select your eSIM Copilot line
  1. Tap Delete SIM or Remove
  1. Confirm when prompted

This will permanently remove the eSIM from your device.

⚠️ Important to know

  • Deleting your eSIM removes it from the device, but doesn’t cancel the eSIM Copilot plan
  • To cancel your plan entirely, just terminate the plan from the Teams, Slack or WhatsApp channel, or email us at help@esimcopilot.com
  • You can reinstall the eSIM to the same device at any time — just let us know if you need it sent again
