How do I move my eSIM to a new device?

At the moment, your eSIM Copilot eSIMs can not be easily transferred between devices automatically — but we can help.

Just email us at help@esimcopilot.com with the details of your new device, and we’ll take care of the transfer for you. 🛠️

Make sure to include:

  • Your account email
  • (Optional) The name, or ICCID of the eSIM or plan you'd like moved

Once we’ve got what we need, we’ll transfer your plan and send you fresh installation instructions.
