🤖 Step-by-step: How to add eSIM Copilot into Microsoft Teams
You can use eSIM Copilot right inside Teams to:
- Order eSIM plans
- Install eSIMs directly to your device
- Check your data usage
- Chat with the AI assistant
- Manage team approvals and more
- Link mobile purchases directly to an IT login
👤 For Individual Users (Quick Start)
If you're a user who wants to use eSIM Copilot in Teams for yourself:
- Open Microsoft Teams
On desktop, web or mobile
- Go to the “Apps” section
At the bottom left of the Teams sidebar.
- Search for “eSIM Copilot”
- Click “Add”
This will install the app into your personal workspace.
- Open eSIM Copilot
- You’ll be asked to login (use your Teams login for the best experience) and accept some basic permissions
- You’ll be guided through the eSIM Copilot account creation process
- ✅ Done! You can now ask the AI for plans, install eSIMs, view data balance, and more — all from chat.
🏢 For Admins: Organisation-Wide Setup
If you're managing Teams for your company and want to enable eSIM Copilot for your users:
✅ Step 1: Create an account and configure ‘Teams Admin’

Good job - now you have an eSIM Copilot account and can use the eSIM Copilot admin console, plus you’ve configured your eSIM Copilot in your organisation’s Team’s Admin portal.
🔐 Step 2: Enable Single Sign-On for your Org
Turn on Teams-based SSO, so all users in your Microsoft tenant are auto-enrolled into your eSIM Copilot company account. To do this simply follow our guide here.
This ensures that users from your domain (e.g. @company.com) will automatically be added to your account when they interact with eSIM Copilot.
